Material Management Plan for Residential Developments

Earth Environmental & Geotechnical are preparing a Material Management Plan (#MMP) for the importation of surplus soils, on a construction site, that are to be used on a new large residential development in Blackburn. All documentation in accordance with CL:AIRE Definition of Waste Code of Practice.

To all developers if you are moving material from one site to another this voluntary code of practice needs to be adhered to, or there will be landfill Tax to be paid to the HMRC

As part of the MMP a cut/fill volumetric assessment is required in order to demonstrate material shortfall on the receiving site.
