Over the last 8 years Adam Czarnecki as Chairman with founding Directors Liz Czarnecki and Simon Leat have grown the business, which now has 6 regional hubs, serving all areas of the UK.

Over the last 8 years it has been great to work with a whole range of clients from individual homeowners to global retailers and local authorities, providing geotechnical assessments to achieve planning permission. Our solution driven approach has helped secure planning permission for development sites on contaminated land, in flood risk zones, radon risk areas to name a few. And it is fantastic to be involved in so many development projects delivering new homes throughout the country”

Last month the company was delighted to announce Paul Finnimore and Erin Viney as newly appointed associate directors of the North East and South West. With John Grace Director of the South Regional Office, the Regional Team fulfil the company’s vision to provide a national service delivered by local offices, run by technically proficient staff with a strong business acumen.

The new appointments to its board and senior leadership team, will support the next phase of growth for Earth Environmental & Geotechnical. After 8 years as Managing Director Adam Czarnecki moves into the new role of Chairman. The role will see Adam focusing on the strategic development of Earth Environmental & Geotechnical Ltd. and leading the board of Directors. Simon Leat will assume the role of Managing Director implementing its vision, mission and long-term growth goals.
