Technics Group acquires Earth Environmental and Geotechnical Ltd.
As part of Technics’ strategy for sustainable growth, acquiring Earth Environmental and Geotechnical Ltd (EEG) boosts Technics’ resources by 50%.
With the additional offices in Stockport, Redcar, Bath, and Reading, this acquisition will allow Technics to enhance its Ground Engineering team and offer multiple consultancy services efficiently nationwide. EEG will contribute additional value to the project lifecycle of infrastructure and development projects.
“We are excited by the opportunity this acquisition provides to our existing team and the staff in EEG,” said John MacIntyre, Technics Managing Director. “When we first started our discussions with Adam Czarnecki, we could see so many synergies in our values, our professional approach to projects, and the value we offer to our clients. We are delighted to finalise this acquisition and look forward to demonstrating the additional value this brings to many of our stakeholders.”
EEG was established in 2013 by Adam and Elizabeth Czarnecki, who have led the company since its inception. Throughout the years, they have experienced continuous growth, establishing a solid reputation in the industry and creating strong relationships with clients across numerous sectors nationwide. Adam Czarnecki will continue in a Business Development role, and the Regional Directors Simon Leat, John Grace, and Paul Finnimore will remain integral to the company’s long-term growth strategy.
EEG offers a variety of services across multiple sectors, with a primary focus on construction. Key areas of expertise include ground engineering, engineering geology, contaminated land, ecology, flood risk assessments, mining studies, and drainage design.
With a skilled and knowledgeable team, EEG is committed to providing a professional, adaptable, and cost-effective service.
Adam Czarnecki added, “We are delighted to be joining the Technics Group. Our relationship started several years ago when we worked together on many large geotechnical projects. The takeover allows us to offer our mutual clients a wide range of site investigation, surveying, and construction services across a number of regional offices across the UK”.
