Earth Environmental & Geotechnical have recently secured a contract with a land owner to discharge planning conditions in relation to contamination and ground gas issues associated with the construction of two industrial units adjacent to a gassing landfill site. The work has involved the compilation of previous site investigation and monitoring data and construction validation work, human health and controlled water risk assessment, liaison with the local council and production of a Remediation Validation Report.
Other recent contact wins include a number of Phase I GeoEnvironmental Desk Studies for consultants, a Slope Stability Assessment for a residential site in Charmouth and the development of a Deployment Form in support of the use of an Environmental Permit as part of a Hub and Cluster waste transfer and treatment process.
